[WriteLog] where is the command to claim a qso?

I worked a couple of rtty stations a bit out of the normal rtty segments.

Consequently I have a 'Red B'.
right clicking and selecting the Mark QSO as Claimed choice  doesn't do it.
Vaguely I remember an option to 'allow out of band qsos'.

But I can't seem to remember where it is...
