you might check a program from Bernd, DF3CB at http://www.df3cb.com/fle/ .
Should be quicker compared to enter the QSOs to WL I guess.

Hi guys,

During the Florida hurricane I was contesting (CQ WW RTTY). I have my
log on paper.

Is there  a way to enter the QSOs into WL after the contest?

My vertical antenna survived but it is tilting about 45 degrees. :-)
