[WriteLog] RITTYRite Crashes

I have this same problem after installing 10.49 and XP-SP2.
However, with the MMTTY plug-in installed, I can work RTTY OK with
Writelog. With the MMTTY plug-in everything seems to work just as it did
before 10.49 and SP2. I have not noticed any intermittent problems (not yet
anyway).
Since we use the MMTTY plug-in all the time, I haven't bothered to pursue
the RTTYWrite problem.
