I don't think so. Go to mmtty/options/setup/misc, and try different
choices for the "device" selection until you hit the right one for
your second sound card. It's usually 1, 0, or -1. Since you are using
two soundcards, and mmtty remembers only one setting, You will have to
make this selection every time you start mmtty, so write down the
correct device number for both of your sound cards. It helps to have a
checklist like the one I posted yesterday. This procedure works for 
FSK transmission, but I don't know if you need to fiddle with anything 
else for AFSK.
