[WriteLog] SO2R with XP? (A/B bit on LPT port)

I've used it on my laptop with Win XP + SP1 (and SP2 later)..
SO2R A/B radio on LPT port pin 14 works OK.

Also, I am using USERPORT software to enable LPT usage from 
Writelog on Win XP.
