[WriteLog] Networking and dups in log

Hi Dean:

CT has a "MERGE" utility which will merge multiple binary files and
remove duplicates.  I don't remember the exact details, but check
their web site.  I recently merged 10-15 logs for a Field Day in a
few minutes.

Merge is a stand-alone program.
