[WriteLog] Annoying window

It may be low on your list Bruce, but when Writelog is locked up during a contest, preventing you from logging someone, it moves right up to the top of my list.

The "Server Busy" window shows during Save Configuration because
Writelog, or an underlying process, is either consuming a lot of
resources, or has temporarily turned off some communication processes.
BandMap and Packet then complain that they can't access what they need
in Writelog when they think they need it. In the grand scheme of things,
it's pretty low on the things to worry about list.
