[WriteLog] OKDX cabrillo problems?

OK, i was thinking OKQP, not OKDX.  I haven't tried
OKDX.... i'll take a look at this.

If cabrillo isn't accepted/required by the sponsor
then you can create an ascii text file of the log for
submittal... but cabrillo would be better.
