[WriteLog] XE Contest logs

[David Marshall]

What form, format, etc. do you use to submit the log for this contest?  The rules say go to the FMRE site and get the official form.  I can't find it (the form).  My weakness in reading spanish may be a factor.  I assume Writelog will spit it out if I only knew what to ask for.
