[WriteLog] LPT antenna relay control

All,

Well, I joined the ranks of those who tried to use UserPort for Writelog 
access to LPT1 and failed. After getting it to work the first day, no way 
could I get it to work yesterday. The port still seemed to be available in 
Writelog but no antenna relay band data at all.

I have gone back to using the Keyer output ports while I investigate DirectIO
