[WriteLog] LPT antenna relay control

I had allso lost the ability to interact with the command prompt (i.e.
DOS programs).How did you uninstall it, just delete the xx.sys file?  I
didn't find it in MSCONFIG.

The same there. Plus sum extra side effects - some other programs
stopped to work (command prompt - one of them). Got back to normal after
removing userport.

	Well, I joined the ranks of those who tried to use UserPort for
Writelog
	access to LPT1 and failed. After getting it to work the first
day, no way
	could I get it to work yesterday. The port still seemed to be
available in
	Writelog but no antenna relay band data at all.
	
	I have gone back to using the Keyer output ports while I
investigate DirectIO
