[WriteLog] UBA Contest

A pal of mine has asked if there is an updated module for the UBA contest.
He has downloaded the latest files from "the SM guy who appears on the WL
web site" but his routine doesn't allow for all the new EU entities and
therefore doesn't score them correctly or add the multiplier.
