[WriteLog] FSK invert

Looks like they went with the way Kenwood does it...

If you are using an opt isolator, reverse the connections to the input to
invert (or is it revert) the keying.

Well, TenTec built, for reasons I can't even imagine, the Omni so it
transmits "upside down" on FSK.

The most simple way to change it to where it works properly is to use
the usual transtor keying interface from a comm port (RTS), but GROUND
the BASE, and feed the Emitter through the resistor.

This in effect turns the RTS line upside down, and the the OMNI turns
it "upside down again, which now is "right side up".
