[WriteLog] Interfacing With WriteLog

I have a RigBlaster Pro and an ICOM 756 Pro II.  Using MixW the linkage 
works fine.  When I attempt to use WriteLog, the PTT and CW both come on 
once I select the ICOM rig in the dialog box.  In reading the WriteLog 
help it looks like RTS for PTT is always asserted.

I do get frequency display so I know CAT is working.
