[WriteLog] WL and ANARTS Cabrillo?

Check http://www.writelog.com/downloads.htm
and you'll find a ANARTS update that adds
Cabrillo support.  It doesn't cover the
multiplier change that is new in 2005, but
cabrillo logs are re-scored when submitted.
