[WriteLog] Partial Contest Call Only Checking

If no SCP is used, exactly what is the magic switch/setting in WL to be 
able to immediately ID partial calls from *ONLY* the stations worked thus 
far in the *specific* contest at hand?

In other words, instead of having to type in all of HI3CCP, I only want to 
type HI3 or CCP and instantly see if that station has been worked before on 
the current band (or any other would be nice as well).
