[WriteLog] VA QSO Party

Greetings,

Not too sure who does the various state modules for Writelog, but this 
message is directed to the one that does.
All others can delete.

It is the day of the Va QSO Party. That is the time everyone sets up...
Right??

Anyway, in setting up here, the rules say QSO's can now be made on 
UHF and the digital modes.

So it is now possible to work the same station once on CW, once on SSB
and again on RTTY or PSK31. 

Looks like the Check call and band summary windows need to be updated
to reflect the new rules. Digital contacts count 2 points like the CW ones.
