[WriteLog] Summary sheet problem

Roger, you don't need a summary sheet if you are sending in a Cabrillo file.

  I have made a Cabrillo log of my contest log, but WL will not let me
make a summary sheet.
Am I alone in this???  Running the latest WL version.
