[WriteLog] Network tcip

There is entry in [Network] section of Writelog.ini file called TCP_PORT.
You can add it if it isn't allready there.
Valid syntax is TCP_PORT=xxxx where xxxx is port you want to use.
For example: TCP_PORT=8888
