[WriteLog] Rttyrite closes when opening MMTTY

I don't know what you are doing wrong, but I think you need to read AA5AU article on how to setup Writelog with MMTTY.

My writelog.ini file has several entries for mmtty.  You need to have the location of the MMTTY engine.
