[WriteLog] Rotor issues

Good Day to all
Simple question.  I cannot get my DRU-1 rotor to move.  It does  work in 
DX4WIN.  
Here is what I have done
It is set up in Ports, Comm 6 and DRU-1 rotor selected
Also in Writlog.Ini. Entry, I have set the following
Rotorport=6
RotorType=1
 
( I see another "Entry 2"  that also shows some rotor stuff.  I  tried 
playing with it with no success)
 
Under Radio, the "Antenna to XX Azimuth" is no longer greyed.
 
So, seems like I have communication.  Now, where is the start  button?  Or, 
is it meant to be an automatic operation anytime a call in  entered into the 
QSO window?
 
 
Second question.  Seems like there is a delay between when packet  spots show 
up and when they are displayed on the band maps.  Am I correct,  and if so, 
why the delay?
