That's because you don't send CW with a sound card. CW is generated in
the radio.  Use a keying transistor from the serial port or the parallel
port.

You would not want to send audio tone from the sound card to the
microphone input on the rig. Why would you send CW using an audio tone
and the rig in SSB mode?

OK, found Soundboard Mixer Control as a separate program and can receive
CW.

Still cannot send CW via the soundcard.
