[WriteLog] QTC DIALOG

Hi I am trying writelog for QTC.
WHen hit alt-s or alt-R, for sending or receiving qtc writelog doesn't stop transmitting........
It transmits the qtc I want but at the end it doens't atop transmitting.
Also when I click on QRV? nothing is happening.....
What am I missing???? Is this normal????
Also when I click on QSL? nothing is happening ....no transmitting at all...I am  using vers 10.47E
