look for "Shifted Messages"

SHIFT-F11 = QRV? (QTC-Send)
SHIFT-F10 = QSL? (QTC-Send)
SHIFT-F9 =  QRV  (QTC-Receive)
SHIFT-F8 = QSL   (QTC-Receive)
