Interesting comments, but the most ridiculous CC&R I have ever seen?

Near Lost Mountain west of Marietta, GA.

"All property owners shall forever while living in this subdivision
waive all their US Constitutional rights"

To that I swear.

Needless to say, I told that sales lady where she could put that book,
and in explicit language.

Think I'll put a tower in the front yard tomorrow.
