[WriteLog] Dlportio once again

May I reinforce others' requests for support for dlportio in WL.

I s-t-i-l-l cannot use my DXD with WL. I have tried both userport and
directio in my XP system. Userport doesn't work, and directio has
dinosaurial set-up, and further crashes the port set-ups in WL and N1MM. I'd
like to stay with WL, but when dlportio works with N1MM so flawlessly, it is
becoming hard to justify. I presently have no SO2R capability with WL :-((

Anyone QSX at WL HQ?
