[WriteLog] [microHAM] WL and winkey

What does WRITELOG say about the problem? I need a new digital interface
for a new radio and I am thinking about adding WinKey as an option. I also
need to upgrade Writelog as I am out of date, unless I should think about
other option, too.

If the DLL were used, WriteLog would not need to poll WinKey at
all. The DLL flags any change that needs attention. WL simply
needs to respond to the status updates from WinKey via the DLL.
It's a lot less resource intensive than CW via the "PC Generates"
method!
