[WriteLog] Contest Summary File

Two new issues:

1) Contest summary file:  Has anyone experienced a "file does not exist"
when attempting to create a contest summary file. This occurs when
attempting to save an .rtf and .txt files.  The program is looking for a
file rather than creating one.  Any fixes?

2)	When saving my cabrillo file, the windos options for category and others
are blank, and must be filled in manually in the text cabrillo file.  Makes
no sense that the drop down windows would not be populated.

Running original v10.46.  Help please?
