[WriteLog] K7C BeamHeading??

I updated the WL_CTY.DAT FILE and added K7C to the Kure Island List.

I then ran the Convert CTY to Writelog program.

When I enter K7C in the logging window, the country shows Kure Is.  But 
the beamheading window show W7 USA.  What am I missing??
