[WriteLog] 7QP module for WL

Steve,

This is good news.  What would be even better news is
a module that allows us to run the 7QP, INQP, NEQP and
MARAC contests that occur simultaneously!

(Okay, I'm not seriously suggesting that you tackle
that, but if it could be done, many of us would
benefit).
