[WriteLog] ALQP fix for 10.59/10.58

Here is a fix for the ALQP. 

1.	Do NOT install this if File New in WriteLog shows the "Alabama QSO
Party". You are already OK.
2.	Download this: http://www.writelog.com/Downloads/comreg1059.zip
3.	Unzip it into WriteLog's \programs folder. It will replace the file
comreg.exe
4.	Run the newly unzipped comreg.exe (double click on it). You won't
see anything on your screen. 
5.	Run WriteLog and do Start New Log (or File New) and you should now
see the Alabama QSO party.
