[WriteLog] SP DX Contest--Cabrillo Output

Thanks for the link Andy, my contest log just went out to the SPDXC.  It was easy to convert my SP DX log from WriteLog into the "ASCI with no formatting, by time" file, and then change it to Cabrillo using the WL2CABR program.

Hello Ed

You can use a program from Mark/SP7DQR WL2CABR 
(http://sp7dqr.waw.pl/eng/contest_en.html). You must export as "ASCI 
with no formatting, by time" and use this file as input for WL2CABR.
