[WriteLog] Fw: All entries on RTTY screen appear in call window

"In the past I had used the HF Grid Location Contest module in Writelog for
the TARA 'test.  But I had forgotten that the Bands have to be reconfigured
before starting the contest. As soon as I remembered the bands had to be
modified I was able to get rid of the 'B' problem."
