[WriteLog] PA qso Party v10.60 crash

That happened to me last weekend when I wanted to work the Maryland qsop.
I just tried the PA module
Same thing, no multipliers in the multiplier window
Then I tried the IL qsop module
Same thing, just the window, no counties listed.

Writelog 10.60G.
Plenty of ram, and only thing running is the micrhohamKEYER/Router
