[WriteLog] YO DX problem with YR stns

I had an identical problem, downloaded 60G, still could not get it to
accept multipliers.

I typed 04 and it accepted it.

I then stopped/started WriteLog, and could enter the correct multiplier,
and changed the 04 to AG.

I think that's all I did.
