[WriteLog] Printing paper log.

I do not think it is possible to make WriteLog print a QSO line when the QSO
is logged.
Besides, if you print the line when you log it and then go back and edit the
QSO the printed log would not reflect the change.

After the contest you could save the log as a "minimal comma delimited ASCII
(*.txt) and open it up in a spreadsheet program and print it from there.

The only contest logging program that I know of that will print the line as
you log it is NA logging program that runs under DOS.
