[WriteLog] Entry Fields not linked to CW/RTTY Memory Messages in DXpedition Mode

Dennis,

That does it!  I needed to look at the list of all QSO
Exchange fields, not just the ones selected for the
QSO entry window.  Similarly, sending the SNT rst is
done by %F16.  Perfect!
