[WriteLog] Problem with "userpara.ini"

I got this, too, while trying to setup a new XP machine to with a
non-privileged account for the purpose of running everything on
the machine except for software installs (this is a security
measure that makes it a lot harder to get spyware and viruses
compared with running everything--especially web browsing and
Email--with Administrator privilege).
The fix for me was to login to the Administrator account,
select userpara.ini, right click and give the "Users" group
full access rights to that file.
By the way, if you want WriteLog to run in the non privilged
account, you have to do the install as Administrator, AND
you have "disconnect" users from the system copy of WRITELOG.INI
by running the wlini.exe file included in the WL install, and
then you have to reboot (once).
