[WriteLog] userpara.ini fixed

Any who had this problem.

As I could not see how to apply Wayne's instructions to my setup, I simply 
un-installed MMTTYPlugin for Writelog via the Windows Control Panel. And 
then re-installed it. All seems fine now after several days of running.
