[WriteLog] Help: No Mult for TO9A

Hi Barry,

I'm confused by the way you worded you comment.  Is 9A15DX or 9A1HDX the 
busted call.  Even though 9A1HDX had more spots the correct call was 9A15DX 
according to QRZ and other sources.
