[WriteLog] No audio from wave files

Problem found - WL 10.58E is not guilty!  Discovered I have audio coming out
of the soundcard, but not getting to the radio.  Problem is a broken lead on
the Radio Shack isolation transformer.  Warming up the soldering iron now.
