[WriteLog] That DE problem again

Ran WL 10.57H in the Roundup.

I ran across at least three documented instances where DE did not 
cause the callsign following to be highlighted:

	DE W4RK
	DE AB1EX
	DE WA0STV

I was using Don's SCP file:  aa5au_rtty051226.dta.  The three 
above-mentioned calls are *not* in the SCP file, but I expected them 
to be highlighted anyway (because of the DE in front of them).

Wayne, is this something you can test on an empty log to see what's going on?
