For arguments sake, because someone will surely point it out as well, my
previous message was assuming you're using MMTTY and not RttyRite alone.  Of
couse the All Mode PTT selection is the choice of PTT if you're NOT using
MMTTY.  Disabling the com port by selecting the bottom most dot not only
allows you to use that port for for the port selection in RttyRite, it also
relegates the All Mode Com PTT on CW to nothing since the port is
unselected.  Thus you get your PTT from the MMTTY PTT screen.
