[WriteLog] packet spot window area freeze!

hello
I actived the packet spot window but that window install itself on the top left corner of writelog qso window and it is not displacable.
with the mouse cursor pointes on the side of that window we see the little cross but it has no effect to move that window at anothe place or on a 2 nd screen?
Can someone give an help
