[WriteLog] RTTY - Eliminate highlighting after DE

On RTTY, Writelog currently highlights any word after DE. I think this 
rule is more trouble than it's worth, and should be eliminated.

If you are on the receiving end of a pileup, you will quite frequently
see something like "DE FDR8EK7WM6CVDF", where the entire
FDR8EK7WM6CVDF is highlighted in green, because it is preceded by DE.
The first caller sends DE , and then the entire pileup mishmash gets
highlighted. If the entire string had not been highlighted, Writelog
would have easily highlighted K7WM, because that call appears in
AA5AU's SCP database.

Furthermore, highlighting after DE has not been reliable, and Wayne
has been working on this for a long time, without any success. Nobody
has been screaming about this problem recently, so DE highlighting is
obviously not a big deal.

Then, if DE highlighting is eliminated, we can all stop sending all
those DE's :)
