[WriteLog] RTTY - Eliminate highlighting after DE

Hi,
for me the RTTY highlighting is one of the most important
features of WL. And unless you have already logged a certain
call it needs the  DE  in front of a call. Yes, I'm aware
that quite often it doesn't work properly.
