[WriteLog] Is it possible to reset the lowest speed of the CW decoder to say 5WPM?

OK, Don't laugh.  I do have a valid reason for asking.
For demonstration use in a public event it would be nice if you could set
the range a bit lower like say 5 WPM to 25 WPM as this comprises the most
use range of CW speeds in the NON EXTRA portion of the band.
So, if you know how, clue me in please.
