[WriteLog] Correct Questions

Thanks for all of your help but this is getting insane.  This did not work 
either and why would there be no WriteLog.ini files in my computer.  I would 
think at least the new Wlogkey.ini would be in there some place but nothing. 
I did copy the old ini file to the WINDOWS folder but no help.

Where should WriteLog be on the computer.  I have an old version on my 
Laptop and it is in c:/ham/programs, on this computer it is in c:/programs. 
I don't know if this makes any difference.
