[WriteLog] [WriteLog INI.FILE

I have been reading all the messages on how to find the Writelog.ini 
file.  I may have missed it but all I do is:

Click the Start Button on the lower left bottom of the screen.

Click Run

type "writelog.ini"  without the quotes

Hit enter

It always bring it up in notepad.  Windows knows the path to the file.


It works on every machine I have tried it on.
