[WriteLog] RTTY INTERFACE

I just set up a Microham "Micro Keyer" for a friends laptop. It seems to 
work OK. He uses it with MMTTY and Logger 32. It says it will also work 
with Writelog. Don't know why it wouldn't the way it's setup. Nice piece 
of hardware.
